How do I unclog a toilet?
Place a plunger over the drain hole in the toilet bowl, ensuring a tight seal. Push and pull the plunger vigorously to create suction and dislodge the clog. Repeat until the clog is cleared and flushed.

Tip: To prevent future clogs, avoid flushing non-flushable items like wipes, feminine hygiene products, or excessive amounts of toilet paper.
Why is my heat not working?
Before requesting maintenance services, find the thermostat control in your home. Check that it is powered on and set to heat. If your thermostat will not turn on, check if it requires batteries and replace them with the designated battery type.

If your home has a garbage disposal system, use a wooden spoon to dislodge any potential clog. Do not stick your hand down the drain. Beneath your sink, press the reset button on the garbage disposal unit. This should reactivate your garbage disposal system.
